Film & TV Production is ever-expanding at a rate that cannot be predicted with the advancements of AI and other technological reasons. Recently, Netflix has opened another office, potentially in an effort to strengthen their hold on the industry in other areas than the United States.

Their new office in Buenos Aires, Argentina has opened up, with Netflix already alluding to a local film being in the works. The Buenos Aires office joins a long list of offices including:

  • Mexico City, Mexico
  • Sao Paulo, Brazil
  • Bogota, Columbia
  • Los Angeles, California, USA
  • Los Gatos, California, USA
  • New York, USA
  • Toronto, Ontario, Canada
  • Washington, DC, USA
  • Amsterdam, Netherlands
  • Berlin, Germany
  • Helsinki, Finland
  • Istanbul, Turkey
  • London, England
  • Madrid, Spain
  • Paris, France
  • Rome, Italy
  • Stockholm, Sweden
  • Warsaw, Poland
  • Bangkok, Thailand
  • Hsinchu City, Taiwan
  • Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Manila, Philippines
  • Mumbai, India
  • Seoul, South Korea
  • Singapore
  • Tokyo, Japan
  • Sydney, Australia

Argentina joins a long list of Netflix production studios, which should hopefully open up more jobs for people in those areas. When people think of acting and the movie industry, places like Hollywood spring to mind. However, with new TV series based in South Korea or Paris, it shows how production does not change within each part of the world.
